Sohail Karim

I first got involved with conflict resolution training at my secondary school, when I took part in peer mediation training. As soon as I reached 16 years old, I took part in the Truce 20/20 programme, which helped me to further develop my skill as a mediator and a trainer in conflict resolution. I have taken part in loads of volunteering opportunities; facilitating workshops at primary and secondary schools, presentations and conferences for young people on leadership. I feel that it is important to understand how the local community works and to be a positive role model for the younger generation.
